Grade 10-11

The FET Phase Digital Skills Programme is an 8-week introductory course designed to equip Grade 10 and 11 learners with essential computer literacy skills needed for school, further education, and the modern workplace as well getting them ready for the Greycode Robotics Programme.

Throughout the course, learners will:

• Understand how computers work and identify basic hardware and software components.
• Learn how to use an operating system and navigate a computer confidently.
• Develop skills in essential applications such as word processors and spreadsheets and PowerPoints.
• Use the internet for research and communication.
• Understand responsible and safe online behaviour.

The lessons are designed to be interactive, beginner-friendly, and practical, allowing learners to practice skills during each session using their own computer.
